In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise stated in writing. Medicolifepartner.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to medicolifepartner.com. If medicolifepartner.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you. Certain provisions of this Agreement including sections 3, 4, 6 and sections 8 to 12, of this Agreement shall remain effective even on termination. Term for the paid Membership would be in accordance with the type of membership undertaken.

3.1 Medicolifepartner.com reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review. The member will have no right to question such termination, which will be sole discretion of medicolifepartner.com.
3.2 You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, your details mentioned in your profile will be visible to other members and you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from medicolifepartner.com and other members of medicolifepartner.com as long as you are a registered member of medicolifepartner.com. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.
3.3 Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on medicolifepartner.com. Medicolifepartner.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
3.4 Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other medicolifepartner.com Members. Although medicolifepartner.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the medicolifepartner.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

By initiating a conversation with Medico AI, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these terms in addition to all preceding clauses of this Agreement.
Medico AI is an automated, software-driven conversational tool powered by a third-party artificial intelligence language model. It is designed solely to assist registered Members of medicolifepartner.com in discovering, filtering, and browsing matrimonial profiles listed on the Platform by processing natural language inputs. Medico AI is not a human being, not a professional matchmaker, not a relationship counsellor, not a psychologist, not a legal advisor, not a medical advisor, and not a financial advisor.
Medico AI generates responses based on computational pattern recognition and probabilistic algorithms. Its outputs—including profile suggestions, compatibility observations, search results, and any other responses—are algorithmically generated and do not represent the opinion, advice, endorsement, recommendation, or judgment of Exclusive Ventures, medicolifepartner.com, or any of its employees, officers, or agents.
Medico AI's responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, contextually inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable. Medicolifepartner.com makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee—express, implied, or statutory—as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, fitness for purpose, or suitability of any response, suggestion, or output generated by Medico AI.
Medico AI does not independently verify the accuracy, authenticity, truthfulness, or character of any Member profile it displays or suggests. All profile information displayed through Medico AI is provided solely on the basis of what the Member in question has submitted to medicolifepartner.com. Medicolifepartner.com bears no responsibility for the accuracy of such information.
Access to Medico AI may be restricted to Paid Members at medicolifepartner.com's sole discretion. The Chatbot feature may be modified, suspended, restricted, upgraded, downgraded, or permanently discontinued at any time without prior notice and without any liability to medicolifepartner.com.
Medico AI operates subject to inherent limitations of artificial intelligence technology, including but not limited to: occasional generation of incorrect or nonsensical responses; inability to understand all linguistic nuances, regional languages, or colloquial expressions; inability to perform real-time verification of Member data; and dependence on the quality and accuracy of information in the database.
The following provisions govern the permitted use of Medico AI by Members of the Platform.
Medico AI may be used solely for the purpose of browsing, searching, and filtering matrimonial profiles listed on medicolifepartner.com and for seeking general guidance on use of the Platform. Any use of Medico AI for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
Your use of Medico AI must at all times comply with the provisions of this Agreement, including in particular Sections 3, 5, and 6 hereof, and with all applicable laws in force in India including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The following acts constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Medicolifepartner.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Chatbot access and/or Platform membership—without refund—upon detection of any of the following:
Attempting to manipulate, deceive, override, circumvent, or "jailbreak" Medico AI's operating parameters, safety instructions, or content guidelines through any means including adversarial prompting, roleplay framing, hypothetical scenarios, or false context.
Using Medico AI to attempt to extract, obtain, or confirm the personal contact information, phone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, or any other private details of any Member beyond what is made available through standard Platform features.
Submitting false, misleading, fabricated, or deceptive inputs into Medico AI with the intent to generate manipulated search results or deceive other Members.
Using Medico AI to harass, intimidate, stalk, defame, or otherwise harm any Member, third party, or medicolifepartner.com.
Using Medico AI to generate, transmit, or solicit content that is offensive, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory, or in contravention of Section 5.5 of this Agreement.
Using Medico AI for any commercial purpose, including soliciting other Members for goods, services, or business opportunities.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, replicate, or exploit the Medico AI system, its underlying model, system prompts, database queries, or API architecture.
Using Medico AI in any manner that violates applicable Indian law, including the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, or any other statute.
Any violation of Section 15.3 constitutes a material breach of this Agreement entitling medicolifepartner.com to immediately terminate your membership without refund and, where applicable, to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against you under applicable Indian law.
Conversations conducted through Medico AI are stored on medicolifepartner.com’s servers. Medicolifepartner.com retains Chatbot conversation data, including session transcripts and interaction logs, for internal operational, monitoring, quality assurance, safety, and compliance purposes. By using Medico AI, you expressly consent to such storage and retention of your conversation data.
Medicolifepartner.com stores and retains Medico AI conversation transcripts and session data on its servers for the purposes of platform monitoring, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, safety review, and service improvement. Such stored data may be reviewed by authorised medicolifepartner.com personnel as required. Medicolifepartner.com will not sell, transfer, or share individual conversation transcripts with third parties except: (a) where required by applicable law or by order of a competent court or authority; (b) to its technology service providers under confidentiality obligations strictly necessary for operating the Platform; or (c) to protect the rights, safety, or property of medicolifepartner.com or its Members. Stored conversation data will not be used for targeted advertising directed at the Member concerned.
Medicolifepartner.com retains stored Chatbot conversation data for such period as it deems reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in Clause 15.4.2, or as required by applicable Indian law, whichever is longer. Aggregated and anonymised operational statistics pertaining to Chatbot usage (such as session counts, query volume, response quality metrics, and error rates) may also be collected, retained, and used for platform performance analysis and improvement. Members acknowledge and consent to such retention and use of their Chatbot interaction data by using the Medico AI feature.
Medico AI is provided access to the logged-in Member's basic profile attributes (including age, gender, city, religion, and profession) solely for the purpose of personalising search results within the active session. This data is processed in accordance with medicolifepartner.com's Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law.
Medico AI will under no circumstances display, reveal, confirm, suggest, or transmit the phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, social media handle, or any personal contact information of any Member to any other Member. Contact details are shared only through the Platform's mutual interest mechanism and only between Members who have both expressed interest in each other.
Members are strongly advised not to voluntarily disclose their own or any third party's sensitive personal data—including passwords, OTPs, financial account details, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or precise residential addresses—through the Medico AI interface. Medicolifepartner.com bears no liability for any consequence arising from a Member voluntarily sharing such information within the Chatbot.
Medicolifepartner.com processes personal data through Medico AI in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. By using Medico AI, you consent to such processing for the purposes described in this clause.
MEDICOLIFEPARTNER.COM EXPRESSLY, UNCONDITIONALLY, AND IRREVOCABLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY—WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL—ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE MEDICO AI; (B) ANY RELIANCE ON OR DECISIONS MADE ON THE BASIS OF CHATBOT OUTPUTS OR SUGGESTIONS; (C) ANY INACCURACY, ERROR, OMISSION, OFFENSIVE CONTENT, OR INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE GENERATED BY MEDICO AI; (D) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR INTERCEPTION OF CHATBOT SESSIONS; (E) ANY FAILURE, INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE CHATBOT SERVICE; (F) ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, DATA LOSS, OR CORRUPTION RELATED TO THE CHATBOT.
Profile suggestions, compatibility observations, or any other outputs generated by Medico AI do not constitute an endorsement, verification, certification, or representation by medicolifepartner.com regarding the accuracy, character, suitability, or intentions of any Member whose profile may be displayed or suggested.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that any outcome—including but not limited to matrimonial decisions, financial transactions, physical meetings, personal relationships, emotional consequences, health consequences, or any other consequence whatsoever—arising from interactions facilitated through, initiated through, or informed by Medico AI is entirely and solely your own responsibility. Medicolifepartner.com shall not be held liable for any such outcome under any legal theory, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Medico AI is provided on an "AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Medicolifepartner.com makes no warranty of any kind—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement in respect of Medico AI or its outputs.
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian law, medicolifepartner.com's total aggregate liability in respect of all claims, losses, or damages arising from or connected to Medico AI—whether brought jointly or severally—shall not under any circumstances exceed the amount actually paid by the Member to medicolifepartner.com for their current active membership plan.
Medicolifepartner.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from a Member's reliance on any advice, suggestion, tip, or recommendation provided by Medico AI, including but not limited to advice on profile writing, approaching other Members, compatibility assessment, or matrimonial decision-making.
The intermediary protections available to medicolifepartner.com under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 apply fully to the Medico AI feature. Medicolifepartner.com acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating the AI-assisted profile search service and is not the originator of any content or information displayed through Medico AI.
You agree to fully and unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exclusive Ventures, medicolifepartner.com, its proprietor, officers, employees, agents, technology partners, and service providers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of Medico AI; (b) any breach by you of Section 15.3 (Prohibited Conduct) or any other provision of this Agreement; (c) any false, misleading, or harmful input submitted by you to Medico AI; (d) any violation by you of any applicable Indian law in connection with your use of Medico AI; or (e) any claim by a third party arising from your use of information obtained through Medico AI.
All disputes arising from or relating to Medico AI—including disputes regarding its outputs, accuracy, availability, data handling, or any consequences of its use—shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, consistent with Section 11 of this Agreement.
In the event of any dispute, the Member agrees to first attempt resolution through direct communication with medicolifepartner.com's support team. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings before the competent courts in Mumbai, India.
Medicolifepartner.com reserves the right to modify, amend, add to, or remove any provision of this Section 15 at any time, with or without prior notice, to reflect changes in technology, law, or platform features. The updated terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Medico AI after any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
If any sub-clause of this Section 15 is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of Section 15 and of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
By using the Medico AI Chatbot feature, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of Section 15 of this Agreement, in addition to all preceding Terms and Conditions.
